Here is how buying and using LKD IN digital products works, in plain language.

01About us

This website, lkdin.site, is run by LKD IN (also trading as Locked In Daily) in South Africa. We sell downloadable digital products, including the LKD IN Complete Discipline System and the Discipline Guide PDF.

02What we sell

We sell digital products only. Nothing is posted to you. The main product is the LKD IN Complete Discipline System, which includes the Discipline Guide PDF, a 90-day challenge tracker, printable daily habit sheets and a relapse protocol, as described on the product page.

Our products are for education and self-improvement. They are not medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and we can't promise any particular result.

03Prices and payment

You pay the price shown at checkout when you complete your purchase. If we run a promotion or discount, it applies only to purchases made while it is available.

Payment is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We don't collect or store your full card details.

04Delivery and access

Once your payment is confirmed, your product is delivered electronically through the checkout and to the email address you gave us.

Please enter your email correctly, check your spam folder, and download and save your files as soon as you can. If you can't access your download, contact us and we will help.

05Personal use and ownership

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may print pages for your own use.

You may not share, resell, upload or give away the product or your download link, or use it in your own products or coaching, without our written permission.

All content, branding and names (including LKD IN, Locked In and Locked In Daily) belong to us. Buying a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of the content. If you break these rules, we may withdraw your access as far as the law allows.

06Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy. It forms part of these terms.

07Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss from using our products or website, and our total liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing here limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited.

08Your rights, governing law and disputes

We sell to customers around the world. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, where LKD IN is based. They don't take away any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live that can't lawfully be waived.

If you have a problem, please email us first at msibimmedia@gmail.com and we will try to sort it out. If we can't, you may take it to the relevant consumer authority or court, as the law allows.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
